Snapshot Punch generates construction punch lists from photos using AI. It's a productivity tool for construction professionals.
Your photos and punch data remain yours. You give us the limited rights needed to store, process (including AI analysis), and display them back to you — that's it. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and don't upload photos of people where local law requires their consent.
AI scans are subject to daily fair-use limits. We may adjust limits to keep the service sustainable; if we do, we'll be transparent about it.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime — cancellation stops the next charge, and your data stays accessible on the free tier's terms. During the pilot program the service is free and provided as-is for evaluation.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including missed defects, failed inspections, project delays, or disputes with subcontractors or owners.
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to breach security, or violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
