Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Snapshot Punch is a punch-list tool for construction professionals. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

How your photos are processed

When you scan a photo, it is sent to Google's Gemini API to detect defects. Google processes the image to return the punch list and, per Google's API terms for paid services, does not use API content to train its models. Your photos and punch data are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States) so your lists sync across devices.

What we don't do

Your data, your call

You can delete any project from within the app, which removes it from our servers. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we'll complete it within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is enforced per-account at the database level — your projects are readable only by you.

Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
